Reya is a visual artist and illustrator based in London.

Her practice explores the intersections of South-Asian aesthetics and her Bengali cultural heritage, using storytelling as a means to navigate identity, memory, and belonging. Drawing from South-Asian visual traditions, Reya engages with colour, patterns, printmaking, and symbolic forms, reimagining these elements through a conscious stylisation and an evolving methodology. In doing so, she attempts to uncover global cultural linkages, positioning her work within a broader conversation about heritage, transformation, and the contemporary nature of cultural identity.

Over the past five years, she has worked with several publishers, creative agencies, and cultural institutions and has been featured in international exhibitions.
